September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

Our priority is clear: to uphold a culture of care—ensuring that every student, staff member, and family has access to support, resources, and training when it matters most.

A Comprehensive Policy in Place

MPUSD’s Regulation 5141.52: Suicide Prevention lays the foundation for our proactive approach—ensuring every staff member who interacts with students gains the training and tools needed to recognize warning signs and intervene effectively.
